By supporting the Digital Business teams B2B, Direct and Platform, Digital Commercial Coordination Manager ensures alignment of strategic topics across global markets. The focus is on ensuring that markets and Digital Business teams are aligned on business priorities.

- A robust operating model to be in place that is engrained into the core processes of the Digital Business teams with clear RACI and WoW.

Your day-to-day job
- Coordinate with the Digital Business teams through a robust operating model, sync high-level strategies and on-the-ground market realities, to ensure efforts are harmonized and aligned with overarching goals.
- Facilitate central communication initiatives towards the markets to drive one clear narrative in how Digital Business teams support VGs/Clusters in reaching their eCommerce goals.
- Sync strategic collaborative efforts, ensuring alignment between central and market-level strategies, through hosting initiatives, such as strategy roundtables with markets and internal commercial meetings.
- Closely work with the eCom market insights managers to identify and communicate key market dynamics or shifts in VG strategy that could impact the Business teams‘ activities.
- Identify and improve pathways for market intel to flow smoothly across the relevant teams, accessible and actionable for supporting insights-driven decision-making.
- Organize deep dives with retailers and market stakeholders to foster a deeper understanding of their needs, requests and opportunities
- Continuously improve the team‘s ways of working, focusing on efficiency and clear communication pathways.
- Refine toolbox frameworks for collaboration and communication to support smoother execution of eCommerce strategies
